1. Choose foods that contribute to my well being and keep me looking and feeling great.

My Program:
I will to do a mini meditation called the breathing space when stressed. I will not bring home things that I can't resist from the store. I will eat a healthy and balanced diet without obsessing over it. I will try to develop supportive and true friendship with others.

Personal Information:
I live in the Pacific Northwest USA. I am in the over 60 crowd. I like bike rides. I play guitar and bass guitar. I love Blues music. I like to eat vegetarian often.
