My Goals:
1. Choose foods that contribute to my well being and keep me looking and feeling great.

2. Maintain a weight of 138 pounds.

3. Exercise 5 days a week

4.Meditate everyday.

5. Sleep 8 hours a night.

6. Live my life with vibrancy, creativity and grace.

My Program:
I will to do a mini meditation called the breathing space when stressed. I will not bring home things that I can't resist from the store. I will eat a healthy and balanced diet without obsessing over it. I will try to develop supportive and true friendship with others.

Personal Information:
I live in the Pacific Northwest USA. I am in the over 50 crowd. I like walks with my husband and bike rides. I worked for 27 years and now am a dedicated homemaker. I work out in the gym, on my ellipitical, and do weights. I like to eat vegetarian often.

I'm really enjoying the Oprah/Chopra meditations--I highly recommend them. But however you meditate emoticon I wish you peace and contentment.
