Walking my way to a new me!

I just recently turned 30 and am looking to be healthier in my 30's then I was in my 20's. I am a Speech Therapy Assistant for the Puyallup School district and I love my job but it is hard to be healthy and work where there is temptation around every corner. With the new school year just weeks away I am starting a 24 day challenge to jump start me into better eating habits and a exercise routine that I can stick with.

Lovely to see you taking part in the PERSONAL STEPS CHALLENGE again, welcome back and hope you enjoy your walking.

You've started so just keep on going - it doesn't matter if you dance, walk, march on the spot, whatever it takes - You CAN do this!

Will keep track of your progress during the month - and your totals will go towards our Team Goal of 15 million!

Well done Annie for joining in with the PERSONAL STEPS CHALLENGE for August and your goal of 8,000 steps daily is one which you can achieve, its nice to see you back on track and I wish you good luck with your challenge, stay focussed!
