Hello All!..... I'm 43 and have been telling myself for th past few years that THIS YEAR IS IT! I'm gonna lose weight..Now don't get me wrong I do go Gung Ho for like.... 2 or 3 weeks..I start to see improvement then.... for whatever reason I just get off track. I could give excuse after excuse, but we all know that is what they are.. Excuses!... I'm a traveling RN and my schedule is sooooooo wacky and it is hard to fit in exercises... but truely I think I'm just lazy sometimes. After a 12 or 16 hours shift I tell myself "hey.. you worked hard today you deserve a break"... so I "relax".. but all this relaxing is making me unhealthy... and today it stops... I have done everythign from join the gym, bought the Wii Fit, boutght P90X, (which I did for like 4 weeks, then hurt my back on a SCUBA DIVING trip and stopped doing it), and now my latest buy is INSANITY!.... I start doing it Feb 4th... and by GOD I'M GONNA DO IT!!!!!!!... So wish me luck!

My Goals:
I have tried making goals for the month or the year. Like I'm gonna lose 5 # this month. Well for me that doesn't work. So I do daily goals.. like "today I'm not drinking soda", or "NO whits foods today" and for me I can do anything for one day.. and so far it is working for me!

My Program:
Daily goals, Walking 20 to 30 miles a week, and will start incorpirating other exercises for a change up.

My neme is Charissa. I am a mother of 3 beautiful children and Gamma of Hannah (age 2). I am a Traveling Nurse and love the ocean, SCUBA diving, hiking, boating, walking, well generally anything outdoors. I'm an avid reader. I love life and all it brings to me and mine.
