Thank you Annie! My range was safe up to 2200 calories when I was more able to exercise aerobically, ]Then when the health issues hit mid 2015 life changed pretty drastically for awhile. Trying to get back to where I was a year ago. I know what works and since I still don't have the stamina; I have to cut back on the calories. I can't maintain otherwise. I'm so glad it's nice enough to be working in the yard again. I had a great day today! 150 days ago
