My Goals:

My Program:
I try to work out at least 4 times a week. Sometimes I do a full workout on the treadmill. Other times, I rotate between the treadmill, elliptical, and bike. I've added a mini-trampoline into the mix too, along with a stability ball, workout DVDs, and some strength training exercises... and most recently, a Wii Fit. Yay! When nicer weather allows, I walk a lot outside... I love the fresh air! :)
