Healthy Spicy Mom
Here I am back at it. Seems like a never ending theme with me. I've put on about 30lbs of what I had lost. I'm still very consistent at the gym. 5 days a week but now I know that tracking my food is the key to weight loss. I had a car accident in December that set me back for that month. That with all the holidays put on some of that weight too. It's time to get refocused and recommitted. I'm anxious to see which of my old time friends are still here and how many more I can find. ...
