My goal is to get back to 130 pounds, maintain my cardiovascular fitness, build strength, and increase my flexibility.
Keep a journal of my food. Walk about 2 miles a day. Use the stationary bike for 30 min 5 days per week or commute on the bike to/from work. Also ride the bike on the weekends. Strength training every day at least 10 minutes (up to 30 minutes) Stretching 10 minutes a day (I have not really been doing this)

Lighten Up was the name of a team that I was proud to co-captain with Kammygirl (now JustKaron) on eDiets Ultimate Challenge. That team has gone on without me over the years and has become the Lighter4Life team.
