I was 135 before my children. I got all the way up to 175 after the fourth. I had been exercising, lifting weight but not eating healthy I got down to 148, but then I quit exercising and continued eating everything. I'm now up to 160 again.
It took me almost 4years to lose 27 pounds (only with exercise & eating whatever I want) so I hope by changing my eating habits I can quickly lose the weight I regained and finally reach my goal weight of 135.

My Goals:
*Reach 151 by 8/16/2013 for a scheduled photo shoot

*Reach goal weight of 135 by next year 7/2014

*Increase Muscle mass



My Program:
*Cardio: consists of treadmill 45 mins or walks in the park with the dog 6x per week, and maybe a weekly hike.

*Muscles 6x per week rotating between upper, lower body and Abs days. So that each is worked twice a week.

*Cut back on fast food, which is normally eaten daily & sweets, which is normally eaten at least 1x a day and includes ice cream, chocolate and candies.

Personal Information:
Mother of 4 awesome children and I'm just trying to lose all this weight gained during pregnancies.
