My Goals:
Now 55 and feel I need to make the effort to keep fit and healthy lbs have just crept on over the last few years and I need to stop the rot
Reached goal weight October 2010 and have maintained for 2 years. However 8lbs have crept back on so now to call a halt and get back on track.

My Program:

Aim to do 30 mins + exercise every day to run 4 miles once a week and walk at least a mile in my lunch break when I am at work. I am not tracking my food but watch what I eat and need to go for portion control and not use food as a reward . I am also aiming to drink 6+ glasses of water a day.

Personal Information:
My name is Anne I live in Chelmsford in Essex, England. I am 55 years old and am married with two grown up children, one granddaughter and two young cats.

It has been impressive, that's for sure. I've had a good view of some of the lightning strikes and very grateful we weren't affected. I love watching storms, but am always very mindful of the damage they can cause. My only moan is the fact that I am sweat-drenched practically 24 hours a day. If the weather isn't making me sweat, the exercise is, and the hot flashes fill in any gaps. LOL

How about you?

Hi Anne, I reckon they're on a "get it done early coz it's Friday and we want to leg it home" shift LOL

Feels decidedly sticky and humid here, food shop was a joy as the shops are cool.

Sun is expected tomorrow- just one more down pour please for the grass LOL
Have a great weekend Anne, be nice for you to have brekkie in the garden reading the newspaper!! emoticon
