Hiya, I saw your post on the Fly Lady team chat that you'd been to your Park Run. I was marshalling at our Park Run this morning - boy was it muddy! My Park Run is Penrose, down near Helston in Cornwall. Which one is yours? Our course is very 'multi-terrain' and it's not a place to get good times, but I've been slowly improving my time. I love the comraderie. I am a shift-worker so can't get to them every week sadly - but I'm so glad there is one near enough for me to get to. It's been going about 10 months. Happy Running!

Hi Honey! Thanks for popping by my blog. It is good to be back. :-) If I can lose a pound a week I'll be thrilled! Flippin' hard exercising with the sciatic nerve giving me jip, but the doc says exercise is good for it, so doing my best. :-)
As for the rest of the issues, well, they have stopped all ganging up at once, at least for a couple of days they have. I never know what the next day will bring. LOL
Happy New Year! Hope it is a good one. Hugs, Lex xxx

Hi Homey! Thanks for the goodie. Been a rough year and ending rough too, sorry to say, but hoping the New Year brings a bit of routine that the last few months have lacked.
Got sciatica pain to add to the collection. Got a bit here and there in the past, but is now settled in for the long haul, annoyingly. It and a cold/flu bug finished me off this Christmas. The various health issues all ganged up on me and I got sent home from work ill. Something of a health and safety hazard cos I kept getting dizzy. LOL. Well, you can understand it. Not going to look good in a pasty shop if the assistant keels over. :-) So at home, work searching and trying to make ends meet and wishing Universal Credit would stop moving the damn ends!
Hope you had a good Christmas, and hoping for the best for all of us in 2016.
Hugs,
Lex xxx

Thanks for your comment on my page and it sure does look like we have things in common. We are the same age! I added you. You are about at the weight that I would love to get down too. I hate all this fluff that I have on at this time. I do have one excuse though, and that's that I'm on Prednisone and another weight-gaining drug for this RA, that I have. I do know too though, that I lost almost 70# before with being on Prednisone and other RA drugs, so I know that I can do it. It's just a matter of having the right mind-set and I haven't for so long now, but I can get again with all the help I can get here on SP. Thanks for yours already!

Karen
