Now 56 and feel I need to make the effort to keep fit and healthy.
Reached goal weight October 2010 and have maintained for 4 years.
Aim to do 30 mins + exercise every day to run 3 miles twice a week and walk at least a mile in my lunch break when I am at work. I am not tracking my food but watch what I eat and need to go for portion control and not use food as a reward . I am also aiming to drink 6+ glasses of water a day.

I read lots, at present mostly crime and thrillers. Enjoy my home and garden. Learning to enjoy exercise I run a little, do exercise DVD's and a little hula hooping .
Thanks Anne, Sunshine is a picker upper! The sleet/snow and ice of this morning has changed to rain and I'm so glad. It's 36 now, if it had stayed below freezing it would have meant another 10 inches of snow. I am so weary of my days being dictated by the weather! Got a couple of good books from the library, read one yesterday and will finish the other today. Quick reads. Taking it easy. Cold week ahead but if it includes sunshine; I'm fine with that. Hugs.
