“There’s a difference between interest and commitment. When you’re interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstances permit. When you’re committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results.” ~Unknown

That quote describes how I’ve been living my “Sparklife” for the past year! I’ve been interested but not committed. As soon as I faced an obstacle, no matter how small and insignificant, I let it take precedence over moving forward. The result has been 10 steps back for every step forward and that MUST change. Let’s make this last week of March lead us into an awesome April!
Let’s stay focused on our goals, determined to reach them, and positive that we will!
Sheila

Dropping by to say hi and wish you a great weekend... emoticon emoticon emoticon

What Is A Friend?

A friend is someone always there
in the back of your mind,
providing feelings of comfort and security.

A friend is someone
who adds happy sparkle to your life,
joy, fun, a predictable creator of happiness.

A friend is a stormproof shelter
from life’s challenges, troubles, uncertainties,
an unassailable bond overcoming any challenge,
strengthening the connection in the process.

You are all this and more, my friend.
Thank you.

Hi, I just joined the stronger seniors team and saw your name -- I am interested in being in a group that is active. I am 66 and have some lower back and hip pain and notice that I am losing strength and stamina. Which team and/or exercise regime do you recommend? Thanks. emoticon
