I am 82 years old married have 5 children (one deceased), 5 grandchildren. I am retired. My brother Skeeter (old farmers & others) got me interested in this free site. We live in Dixon, IL.
Vacation in Lakeland, Fl for 4 months each winter. We have a daughter whom does not want to worry about us with the ice & snow back home.

To keep my goal weight and stay there! Also never quit WW!

Keep tracking my WW points! Also go to the meetings each week! I know I need the support & to be accountable!
Personal Information:
I started Sparkspeople March 16, 2007 at 154. With the help of my knee replacement 9-19-07 I reached my WW lifetime goal weight of 145 9-29-07. I am now working hard to keep at my goal weight which is 140#.
Other Information:
I enjoy being with my husband, computer, reading, walking on our bike trail near us.
