My Goals:
My goal is to live a healthier lifestyle...no more "dieting" for me.
I am going to get my BMI within the healthy range.
new goal for 2012: lose 5 lbs per month.
Exercise 30 minutes per day
eat between 1200 and 1550 calories per day
burn 500 calories /week

My Program:
My plan is to eat healthy 90 % of the time.
Exercise regularly. no more stopping and starting
track all food and water daily
track exercise

If you're not feeling motivated to workout and eat right today....do it anyway! Be your own hero and take charge. You will likely feel motivated after you get started.
