I am so thankful you told me about not having to jump about to do cardio. I am so sorry to hear about your shin splints. I know you were rocking the JMBR there for a while. (I started it but fell off that wagon).
I will do as you suggested for cardio... punches, shadowboxing with weights, uppercuts, power walking and doing lots of kicks with lot of wide arm moves.
Great suggestion about using a hula hoop - thank you. I am going to buy one this weekend and use it for cardio as well.
I need to invest in a heart rate monitor. Which one do you use? I looked at them on E-Bay - there are hundreds... I don't want to get ripped off. Have you tried FitBit yet? If so, what do you think of it?
Take care of your shin splints, I'll take care of my knee... we have got to be here for each other.
