I started on this journey in May 2011 at 420 lbs. At the time I was having a difficult time walking and a lot of pain, I joined SparkPeople on June 6, 2012 My goal has been to lose 10% at a time and with the help of SP I finally achieved my first goal on July 10, 2012 Goal 1: 420 - 378 (42 lbs.)
