My Weight Issue

Well, I'm back again! This time I'm hoping to lose 100 lbs. before my next birthday which will be June 16th of 2015. I've decided to take it one day at a time with realistic goals. I'm trying to eat healthier and I'm currently doing Insanity. I love Shaun T. He is so motivational and he kicks my butt on a daily basis! I will not quit until I reach my goal, even if it takes more than a year. =)

Right now my goal is to get below 200 lb and to continue into Week 4 of Insanity....1st round.

My Program:
I track all of my food on SparkPeople and I am about to begin Week 4 of Insanity...1st round. I'm getting stronger and loving it! I can actually jog now!
