My Weight Issue

I've lost weight before but when I was in high school. I got down to 123 lbs and felt physically great but my weakness has always been sugary foods. So I slowly added pounds back on and now after 4 kids I'm up to 230 lbs. I hate looking at myself in the mirror and I wonder how my husband could possibly love me. I'm huge and now the weight is starting to make me have pains in places I shouln't along with digestive problems. I also have high cholesterol (untreated thanks to loss of health ...

I'm huge and now the weight is starting to make me have pains in places I shouln't along with digestive problems. I also have high cholesterol (untreated thanks to loss of health insurance) so I desperately need to lose the weight and get healthy.......not just for me but for my kids and husband. I want to grow old with my hubby and watch my kids grow up. It worries me alot since my Mom and her mother died young from heart attacks. I have so many reasons to achieve this goal but I so need the motivation and I'm hoping to find that here. =)

My Goals:
Right now my goal is to get below 200 lb and to keep challenging myself with new workouts to make it fun!

My Program:
Currently I track all my food using SparkPeople and try to stay within range each day. I also do circuit training for 45 minutes each day working out to the Biggest Loser Bootcamp. Soon I will be throwing in new workouts like Bob Harper's Ripped Core, Jillian Michaels Kickboxing and No More Trouble Zones just to keep it interesting!

Hi. I've been in a really bad funk lately. I want to get started back but cant seem to get it going. So much has been going on. Finally got custody of my son and have all 4 of my kids together again. Been a rough road lol but things are finally looking up. However, progress on my weight hasn't been going so well. I think I'm up around 7 lb. It depresses me cause I keep thinking about how all that hard work I did and I just threw it away. Now I gotta start over with eating less and healthier and exercising. I'm finding it hard to get started and I keep making all these excuses but I do hope to be back soon. =) Thanks for the posts checking in on me. That makes me feel alot better.
