Starting Over

I'm starting over!! In 2008 I worked my butt off and lost 35lbs. I met my goal weight in August 2008 for a trip that my husband and I went on, and I was never so proud!! But since then I have gained it back! That's a big deal for someone that's only 5'3"!! It was as if I lost the weight for the trip and then let myself get back into bad habits and did not maintain. I miss feeling good about myself and will do what I have to in order to get back on track. No more excuses and old habits!!! ...

My Goals:
I'd like to reach 140lbs.

My Program:
My cardio workout is 30-40min. on the treadmill (or outside) 5-6x/ week.

Personal Information:
I'm 35 yrs old, married with 2 children: a daughter that's 6 yrs old, a son that's 4 yrs old, and 2 stepdaughters that are 11 and 12 yrs old. I live in Florida. I've been a dental hygienist for 15 years.

Other Information:
I met my goal in 2008...but once it was met, I let myself go again. Lost my motivation and don't know why. I am determined to get back on track and this time maintain all the hard work!!
