* Correct pelvic alignment * Rehab hip and knee, get back off of the cane * Lose 20-30 lbs to improve joint pain this winter * Track food and stools to minimize flares * Monitor food triggers for inflammation and chronic pain and remove from diet * Establish consistency with taking enzymes and supplements, exercising, and meal planning/tracking habits
Hip and SI joint Conditioning and Walking alternated with upper body calisthenics and weights (all exercises approved or modified to be in conjunction with PT goals and current physical limits)
Log food/gi symptoms consistently for 1 mo for doctors to help form plan for digestive issues/colon.
