I need to lose about 25-30 lbs. But I think a lot of that will come off as I start to rebuild muscle and treat my protein disorder...
Otherwise, it's just a general need to get in shape as motherhood made my body wobbly. :)
I need to begin to develop a primarily vegetarian diet to help with my condition and I really need to start doingmore exercising to rebuild my muscles.. .but I'm reluctant about both so it'll probably be a slow road.
