My Goals:
Short-term goals for next week: 1. Exercise on everyday except Wednesday 2. Lose 1 pound 3. Get more fiber and protein in my diet 4. Add one more fruit or vegetable each day-possible something new that I have never had before. Long-term goals: In one month-lose 3 pounds, lose a total of 4 inches over my whole body In two months- lose 6 pounds, be able to get my rings off my finger

I am a teacher but currently working as the Curriculum Coordinator for our school. I live in MS. I am married to a great man. I have one dog--he's the baby.I enjoy reading, music, and puzzles.
