Short-term goals for next week: 1. Exercise on everyday except Wednesday 2. Lose 1 pound 3. Get more fiber and protein in my diet 4. Add one more fruit or vegetable each day-possible something new that I have never had before.
Long-term goals: In one month-lose 3 pounds, lose a total of 4 inches over my whole body In two months- lose 6 pounds, be able to get my rings off my finger
