My Goals:
Lose 31 pounds to get back to my wedding weight in time for my 17th anniversary: 7/31/2016.

My Program:
I gave up obvious sugar items in May of 2014. I'm continuing with that, avoiding chips/crackers, and generally now trying to eat lower sodium foods, as well.

My goal is to move for 30 minutes every day.
