Eat Well, Move Often.

Fall down 7 times, get up 8.

Since I find myself back at the top end of the 30 pound range I've yo-yoed about in for the last the 15-20 years, it's time to work on lowering that scale number again - especially since I'm not getting any younger and I need to improve my health.

Little steps. Little steps. Little steps. And get back up when I stumble. Stumbles don't have to be huge. They can be little, too.

My Goals:
Lose 50 pounds to get back to my wedding weight in time for my 17th anniversary: 7/31/2016.

My Program:
My basic plan is getting myself to eat like I make my kids eat! Healthy portions at BLD, fruits and veggies between meals, with one bready or dairy snack allowed in there. Dessert 3 times during the week and once on weekends.
