My Program:
I strive to eat my 5 fruits & Veggies

I'm learning to eat a well balanced meal and I'm beginning to listen to my body more.

I strive to drink a min of 8 cups of water daily.

I definitely limit my carb intake. If I get any, I make sure they count and that I have time to burn it off during my daily activity.

My plan is to do 45-60 minutes of cardio 6x a wk, if not at a min of 3x a wk.

I strive to get at as many spark points as I can daily which forces me to do all my daily requirments. It makes it easier for me anyway. I try to support someone from one are all of my teams because being supportive of others tends to get me going. It's impossible to believe for someone else and not for oneself. Seeing others succeed makes me work that much harder to reach my goal that I have set for myself.

Personal Information:
My name is Angie and I have 3 precious energetic children.

I have 2 boys and 1 girl.

My daughter is such a hand full but I'm crazy about her anyway.

I'm currently in the military and deployed.

I absolutely luv to read and watch TV which interfers with my goal of increasing my activity.

I have lot's of goals and dreams in life to achieve losing weight is only 1 of many.

I'm taking online college class and I'm shooting for A's all the way through.

Hello, Anmairee! You look so good with your little ones, excited to be home with them. And I am excited for you. Enjoy them while you can and all you can!

Stopping by to check in and see how you are doing and to hopefully encourage your journey. I am focused this month on my way of thinking about food and health issues. Proverbs 23:7 says, "For as he thinks within himself, so he is" (NASB). Our thoughts greatly influence the things we do and I am realizing that I too easily revert back to old habits because I am not convinced in my heart and mind of some changes I need to make. So I am deliberately working to take every thought captive to obedience, recognizing those thought processes and search out new ideology / theology to correct my belief system where health issues are concerned. I pray for you and I today as we work to change from the inside out in ways that make us new creatures through and through.
