Back on Track

I've been away for awhile, but for the first time in my life, I really do feel ready for change.

I miss sports, and would really like to get back into swimming, squash, basketball and tennis.

I am always tired, and would like to get my fit body back.

My Goals:
I gained a significant amount of weight in a short time, and I'd really love to get back to a healthy body.

I also gave up chips for a whole year (my weakness and new year's resolution) #nochips2011!



My Program:
I'm starting out slow, by tracking my food, and getting at LEAST 30 mins of activity on workdays. I'm also trying to get outside more and to enjoy new activities in the beautiful weather,

I want to eat consistently - mainly fruit and vegetables, and I want to get more fiber and protein.
