Simple success

How I am losing weight simply.
What is working for me.

For breakfast fruit and coffee.

Lunch- usually tuna salad or homemade veggies cooked with 1oz of carbs e.g. Pasta or rice. With salad. Dr Furman influenced make the salad the main meal.

Snacks - none or fruit

Drinks during day - plain water

Dinner - eat out in restaurants. Thai food with 1/2 portion of rice and a 2 cocktails/ wine (optional).

Easy and I feel great and can socialise too.

I think I might just do a weekly blog and edit to add each day? Do you know if blogs come up on the message boards when you edit them (as a new blog)?

Yeah, I think that's what I'll do, otherwise I'll have hundreds of blogs,.

Today (day 1) is going pretty well, (although I woke up at midday, so half the day was already gone. I have to stop doing that.)

I have decided to do the 'eat to live' diet and 6 week plan! I am so excited!! I bought the audiobook and vook yesterday and just finished it!!! I am so afraid I will deviate from it and feel to guilty to get myself back on track. But there is not trying anymore for me, there is only doing! I'm glad I came past your blog, I wouldn't have read up on this diet if not for your blog. Thanks emoticon
