Hiya!!!! I did hurt my hip... I slipped on ice, ugh! Only advice I can give is to let it heal. Take it easy. Do what you can, but listen to your body - if you feel pressure or any aches set in then stop that activity and try something else. I couldn't do the 'mountain climber' plank thing as it would pull my hip. And sitting with my foot underneath me would bother it also. I wasn't able to do an incline on the treadmill at a fast pace as it would irritate my hip as well - but being level I could do fine. And that was all I could do for a while. Be patient with yourself. Perhaps use this time to focus on changing food things also, set some goals, and visualize where you'll go when it's healed. Just try keep your head in the game so that when you are healed you will be ready to give'r!
