Hello, to everyone who is reading my page. For starters my name is Mimi and i am 23 years old. I currently weigh 202 but im striving to be between 140 and 150. There are numerous reasons to why i want to loose this weight, one being that diabetes and cancer run in my family and two, I have a beautiful little girl named Aniyah Lee that needs me to be healthy so if getting my health on track is what i got to do then im going to do it. Hello, to everyone who is reading my page. For starters my name is Mimi and i am 23 years old. I currently weigh 202 but im striving to be between 140 and 150. There are numerous reasons to why i want to loose this weight, one being that diabetes and cancer run in my family and two, I have a beautiful little girl named Aniyah Lee that needs me to be healthy so if getting my health on track is what i got to do then im going to do it. Last but not least for myself, I dont want to be uncomfortable in my own skin. Now I've always been a little thick which was fine. I played every sport growing up, I love sports.At one point in time I (believe it or not) was a TOMBOY, I was always a great athlete. To this day i have alot of energy and I'm very competitive when it comes to sports HOWEVER I am LAZY. I did not apply myself at all after i had my daughter, I would just sit in the house all the time, there was nothing else to do but drink soda and eat garbage. Somehow, I lost myself and the next thing I know all the baby weight that i lost i winded up packing it back on because i wasn't moving around enough. Not to mention i don't really have enough support. Of course my man supports me but when you have other family members living in a 3 family household and all they do is eat garbage and bring it into the house, it gets very hard. Im here for a support system, and also to encourage others who are in the same boat as me and want to chane their life around for the better. :)

My Goals:
My goals are to loose about 40 pds by june and 60 pounds by sept and also be in good health. I also would like to start doing marathons (march of dimes). Overall, i just want to have more stability in my life and cut all of the lazyness and procrastination that is holding me back. I would also like to get my motorcycle license.

My Program:
1 hour a day of cardio.
30-45 min a day of Wii fit.
Boxing 2x per week.
Tahitian belly dancing.
Zumba fitness
Walking my dog for at least a half hour.
WATER, WATER and more WATER lol.
Cutting calories im sticking to a 1600 calorie diet just for starters then i will decrease my calorie intake.

Dang girl you are doing it!! I love swimming but my hair is natural so its a little difficult to swim and then comb and style there are only so many hours in a day. lol I still can't believe I committed to a trainer I guess I need the accountability more than anything. I am definitely encourage by your continued success. so I am following your lead. lol How is your little girl?A gallon of water everyday!! WOW!!!

Hey,

I actually just started drinking the protein shakes myself I make them though. I have the whey protein and I throw fruits in there and make whatever combo. I am on Lupron which actually stops the female system. One more month on Lupron then hopefully my doctor has a plan for the next phase but the drug really has taken its toll on me even though I feel better. I actually just committed to seeing a trainer 2x a month for the next year. So no excuses huh? I just honestly need that extra push and to make sure I am doing things right...O guess what I bought rollerblades!!lol and I have not fallen in them (yet) lol I refuse to spend all my time in the gym..if you have an ipod touch there is a free Nike workout app!! its great!!

I see that you have been making great progress!! Congrats!! Wish I could say the same..I'm on medication and every ounce of what I eat and how much I workout counts..
