My Goals:
I have 20 kg to lose.

Goals:

#1 : 5kg by 1 Nov '11

#2 : 10 kg by 1 Jan '12

#3: 15 kg by 1 Mar '12

#4: 20 kg by 1 May '12

Doesn't sound that hard!

My Program:
Week 1:

Track food daily.
Don't worry about exercise yet.

Week 2:

Exercise at least 3 times using Diabetes group videos.

Week 3 onwards:

Track and exercise on a daily basis.

Personal Information:
Mother of five kids between 15 and 21.

Primary school teacher with busy program.

Studying towards MA in Education part time at Auckland University.

Other Information:
I'm a pescatarian, with high cholesterol and pre-diabetes. The time for change is NOW!

I've spent too many years seeing to the needs of my family, and forgotten to take care of myself!
