Learning to FLY.....

I have tried SO many times to loose weight. Before my first child was concieved (13 years ago) I was running 5 km every day.... that didnt last. I want to start running again as soon as I get off enough weight that I wont hurt myself doing it :)

Depression has kept me down long enough, I wont let it keep me down any longer!!!!!

I KNOW I will need support from my friends to do this right.....

I am from Southern Ontario Canada, am a bio-mom of 2 girls, and a foster mom. Looking to make myself healthy to be able to enjoy my time with them!!!

I am currently a full time student on top of everything else :)

Other Information:
I love Geocaching and Bible Study..... though there never seems to be enough time for either.... I need more hours in the day!

We all have those day but it will pass. Make small goals every week. Start small and you will get there. You can do it
