Reach 160lbs by August 2013, Sleep 8 hours a night, Drink 8 cups of water a day, cut back on alcohol, start to feel better, get all my work for my master's done on time and not let me health affect my scholastic attempts.
Thanks for the comment on my pic! But awww, why are you scared of 5ks? I walked my first one (with a few spurts of jogging) at about 250 pounds, and I really wasn't even the heaviest person there...that really showed me that if I can do it, so can just about anyone!!! Seriously, though, is there a specific reason you're scared of 5ks? Maybe we could figure out if you can work through and conquer that fear?
