Finding myself

My name is Anisa, and I am a work from home mom of 4 kids, and have been married to my best friend for 14 years. I gained weight with my first two pregnancies that I never got off, and then developed hypothyroidism. Now that I'm done having kids, I figured it was time to find myself again. I started Jan 2nd, 2009, and am in it for the long haul this time. I will be healthy again. I want to have more energy, both for the people and the things that I love.

My Goals:
I want to be 155 pounds again. I want to be healthier to make sure I'm here for my kids for a very long time. I want my husband to not be able to keep his hands off of me. I want to get the energy to play with my kids more often.

My Program:
I'm keeping my calories between 1200 and 1300, and exercising 4 days a week for as long as I'm able on the elliptical. Once spring is here we'll add playing outside and walking to our repertoire.

Hey girlie! Was reading your calorie goal is 1200-1300. You might want to raise it to 1400-1600, at least. Hope all is going well up north, miss ya!
