I just wanted to say hello. About a year ago I attempted to settle into the groove and use Spark to help me lose weight. I didn't gain any weight this past year, but I also didn't lose :( Now I'm back! I was reading your page and realized you and I were in the same boat. I too, am hoping to find joy in working out. I have a work out buddy meeting me five days a week, as well as, a challenge buddy seeing who can work out more minutes in a week. I hope things are still going well for you! Please take your time with SP, and learn about all it has to offer. Healthy loss is 1/2 to 2 pounds a week, and even if you're doing everything right and have no "real life" interruptions, it won't always be the 2 pounds that comes off. Just be patient, if you're working the program right, it will come off.
