The motivation you need is right here on SP. I would suggest joining Spark Coach and follow ALL their suggestions. It is keeping me accountable and motivating me to plan what goes in my mouth and keep moving no matter what you do. I love to dance, so I get in my living room and turn up the music and dance! I don't have a set routine or movements, I just move! Fast dancing really burns the calories and can make you a bit sore at first, so it must be doing something useful.LOL I also walk and ride a bike 2 or 3 times a week. I use resistance bands 2-3 xs a wk also. Hope this gives you some good info and the push you need to get down with this journey! emoticon
