Ready to be serious

I danced for ten years and after a major foot surgery never went back. Although my beautiful eating habits never changed. I have a good 30 lbs to loose and portion distortion seems to be my problem. I was recently doing well and exercising at a gym three times a week however, we moved to a new home and all of the new home stresses have creaped back on me. My honey bought me EA Active for the wii so I plan on doing that in the mornings. I just want to be healthy and comfortable in my clothes.

I liked your reply in the "Pimp My Crockpot" thread, and can't wait to try your chicken thigh, carrot, potato recipe, but LOVED your comment:

"i might be a nerd but i love making large pots of soup for my breakfasts at work. maybe this will work for your lunch"

I love to do this, too! Hope you don't mind me adding you as a friend.

Hope you had a good New Year celebration. Trying to hard myself to get back on track. I know how you feel about falling off the exercise wagon.
