Great time to get focused on the fall challenge! For me, a new month always brings excitement for change. I don't think you need any more changes! It really can make a positive difference when you are on your own and able to concentrate on yourself. Sounds like you shouldn't have any trouble finding ways to get in fitness minutes! My goodness, moving! Just a little MOM (mind over matter) while meal planning and going thru the busy days ahead may really help. Do you enjoy veggies? I have found that eating a salad with my large meal of the day has really helped my to stay within range on calories and nutrients. Some days, I will eat a large salad as my large meal.
