Hi Angrybear...I just wanted to comment on your question regarding the freezing of the buckwhaet crepes. 2o crepes are alot, even if its 2 people eatting them as the case would be in my house. The answer is YES they can be frozen. The best way to do this is to let them cool completely and then layer them between wax paper sheets. So, wax paper, crepe, waxpaper, crepe, waxpaper, crepe etc. Then wrap them in a zip top bag or if you have a rigid sided plastic container they could fit in laying flat, you know, stacked, then after you have layered them between the wax paper, wrap them in plastic wrap and then in the plastic container and you have them ready to go whenever you want. Let them thaw on a sheet of wax paper at room temp (it only takes about 15 min). I hope this was helpful to you. Enjoy those crepes! 1234 days ago
