This is for me!

When I stop to think about everything I do, I am amazed what I can accomplish. But it is usually for someone else: my children, my family, my church or even my friends. I am not complaining, but "I" usually get lost. I lose sight of what I need to do for myself. This is for me and only me. And that is what I need to focus on.

My Goals:
To get back on track and recommit to healther lifestyle.

To set small weight lose goals throughout the year. The first is to lose 10 pound by the end of March.

Start preparing for my 2nd degree black belt test.

My Program:
I am starting by drinking more water & giving up the soda. Also to do some type of exercise for at least 10 minutes a day.

Personal Information:
I am 36, live in Elizabeth, PA and have 2 children. I volunteer for my son's Boy Scout troop and secretary and Sunday School teacher for my church. My children and I are active in tae kwon do. My son has his black belt, my next belt will be my black belt, and my daughter just got her first red belt.

Thank you for the comment!! Jesus Christ is the real “motivator of the day” (and every day!!). To Him be the glory! It’s through His strength that I can accomplish anything (Philippians 4:13). Without Him, I am nothing (John 15:5). Praise God!
