2013 Cats in Spring Challenge
1. Exercise every day for 20 minutes. I intend to increase that during the next 8 weeks by 10 minutes each week until 1 hour daily. Wii Fit, hula hoops and walking
2. Food program: Eat to Live
I am currently on week 5.
3. Support my team: Be involved in the group for the next 8 weeks by visit blogs and comment, meeting goals, getting to know other members.
4. 5% loss is 11.78 for a weight of 223.82.

My Goals:
On September 9/17/2012 I weighed in at 260. I am 5'2'.
My goal is to lose a 100 pounds of that extra weight with in the year. I'm a bit behind schedule, but working hard to get there.
My new more realistic goal will be to have the 100 of it off by Christmas.


My Program:
Eat to Live
Daily exercise!

Personal Information:
I'm a mother of 4. 2 adult children and 2 we adopted that are currently 5 and 7. We home school. My faith in God is very important to me. I am a born again christian.

Other Information:
My hobbies are crochet, knit, spin and raising angora rabbits.
I am too sedentary. I used to love sports and now have a hard time walking to the car to go for a ride! I want to turn things around this year.

Your story sounds a lot like mine two months ago, just read my Sparkpage!

But E2L has worked miracles for me (after going 100% by Dr Fuhrman's guidelines) in a very short amount of time, and I know it will for you too :)
