Setting a 3 month goal. Saw my dr today. Weighed in, prescribed Bp meds. Can't exercise until BP is down, hopefully by Tuesday. Was glad to find a doctor that shares my vision and goals. Hope to have at least 15 pounds off, get BP in normal range, exercise daily and totally being a Plant Based Queen at every meal by my 3 month check up. 1/12/18

I'm a mother of 4. 2 adult children and 2 that are 10 and 12 now. We home school. My faith in God is very important to me. I am a born again christian. We are finally back in our home we have been remodeling for over 15 years thanks to the recession, medical problems and in general kicks in the butt from life. I feel like life is finally coming together. All the things I wanted to do but had to put off I am ready to tackle. I want to plant that garden, decorate my home, invite friends over and take better care of myself. The past 15 years has not only made me older, but more fragile due to medical stuff. I want to gently gain my health back, but with fierce determination. There will be no better time than now and I better hurry or there will be no time at all. I want to live it with joy and gratitude. Fully embracing life I will face each new day. What a gift.

My hobbies are crochet, knit, spin and sew on vintage machines

    Oh, I think it is WONDERFUL that you are getting back into swimming. Keep at it! One of my sparkbuddies in KS is a swimmer and an inspiration to me still doing it in her beautiful silver hair.
