    Our last day of Fit Camp! Can you believe fellow Fit Camper? How fast these two weeks have flown by! I'm simply amazed!!!

    But before we say good-bye, let's be certain to get the last of our challenges added in ...

    1. Visit and support two team mates
    2. Track your food
    3. Drink at least 8 glasses of water
    4. Stretch!
    5. Avoid processed food whenever possible
    6. Use a smaller plate or bowl
    7. Weigh and measure your food
    8. No empty calories
    9. Don't eat in front of the TV
    10. Park further away / use the stairs
    11. Watch that sodium
    12. Bathroom challenge!
    13. Mindful eating
    14. Compliment yourself.
