You got it Ang! So....decide your REALISTIC goals and how you are going to accomplish them. So many minutes a week, a certain number of days a week, tracking food and water, etc. I have found that I am not a tracker and for a while that really threw me. I would get discouraged because I would forget and then I would give up on it all. Then I realized that I could give myself permission NOT to track and it is okay! Just because SP makes it so easy to track doesn't mean it is for everyone!
