Ok, it's time for the truth....I've been a member for over FOUR years now. And before that, I lost weight and gained it back. With SP I lost 32 pounds and it was awesome. I was at an all time low of 155 pds (very Briefly) and I still wasn't very happy with myself. Now it's time to look at things differently. This time I want to lose the weight and learn to be happy with ME and MY body so that hopefully the weight doesn't come back. I also have to learn that food is not my friend and I need to start making healthy choices and stop eathing when I'm not hungry.

I live in Indiana with my husband of 11 years and my DD (10) and DS (8). My DH is a railroad engineer and a volunteer firefighter for 157years. I am a stay at home Mom, volunteer firefighter (4 years), Fire Investigation Taskforce Member, and EMT-B.

My Goals:
I would like to get to 190 pds by my 12th anniversary on Sept. 25. Then I will look forward to losing the rest of my weight.

My Program:
I'm going to focus on getting more exercise while we are camping (walking and bike riding) and while at home, exercise Mon-Sat. I can use the tredmill, exercise videos, biking or walking outdoors.

Personal Information:
My family loves NASCAR and my husband and I have been to Michigan International Speedway several times and to the Brickyard once. I went to Altanta Motor Speedway with 3 long time Spark friends and had a blast! We will be taking our kids to the June 2011 Michigan race, and camping there. I also enjoy genealogy, cross-stitch, and helping out in my children's classes.

Other Information:
Our family loves to camp. 2009 was our first summer camping, with our 25 ft pull behind camper. Last year we got a great deal on an untitled 2006 38ft camper with a slide out...we LOVE it. It is our home away from home!

    I know, I need to get back on here more, and even though I still get plenty of exercise, I definitely need to get my Spark back on nutrition-wise! I know you started a new thread, and I need to check that out, too. Ethan just doesn't give me a whole lot of time on the computer these days!

    You got it Ang! So....decide your REALISTIC goals and how you are going to accomplish them. So many minutes a week, a certain number of days a week, tracking food and water, etc. I have found that I am not a tracker and for a while that really threw me. I would get discouraged because I would forget and then I would give up on it all. Then I realized that I could give myself permission NOT to track and it is okay! Just because SP makes it so easy to track doesn't mean it is for everyone!
