The weight is over...
It is time for me to get serious, no more excuses. I am DONE feeling like this, DONE waiting for the right time, Done wanting to feel better about ME. I need to make time for me to walk, exercise, relax, plan meals.... I recently got married and really, really regret not doing this before the wedding. Part of me feels like I ruined our wedding day pics by being as heavy as I was then (and still am). We didn't take a honeymoon and I would like to lose enough weight that when we do ...
It is time for me to get serious, no more excuses. I am DONE feeling like this, DONE waiting for the right time, Done wanting to feel better about ME. I need to make time for me to walk, exercise, relax, plan meals.... I recently got married and really, really regret not doing this before the wedding. Part of me feels like I ruined our wedding day pics by being as heavy as I was then (and still am). We didn't take a honeymoon and I would like to lose enough weight that when we do take our post-poned honeymoon, I can be relaxed enough to not worry about pictures or what people think when I am in a restaurant.... I want to enjoy exercise, feel confident and healthy and shop where the cute clothes are :) I am DONE with the negative feelings and ready to take action! UPDATE:: In the First week of November 2011, my husband of 1 year informed me we were getting divorced. I have spent the last month trying to find an apartment, vehicle, job and everything else that is needed when starting over. I have not been on here in almost 2 months because of the drama...I will be moving in the next week or so and plan to revisit my reasons for joining SP in the first place. Until then....

My Goals:
I am setting several smaller goals leading to my ultimate goal...my goal(s) is to lose 10% of my body weight and then another10% of that resulting weight and so on until I reach my long-term goal of 160-175 lbs. STAY POSITIVE!!!
My Program:
-I am drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day -walking as often as possible(chronic sprained ankle and possible heel spur in same foot can make this difficult sometimes) -track ALL foods -don't beat myself up when I fall off-course -15 minutes of exercise everyday
Other Information:
I love, love, love to read! Also love music, most of it anyways. That's it for now :)
