Someday, I hope to be a formerly fat girl

I'd like to have more energy and feel healthier. I want to be able to climb mountains without being out of breath. I want to push myself farther and harder than I ever have before. I want to get below 200 lbs, and never see it again (I'm almost there!). I want to be able to go shopping and not have to hope I fit in the biggest size on the rack. I want to know that I can do this. I want to break my bad habits.

My Goals:
Exercise regularly, eat healthier.

Goal 1: 199 lbs - under 200
Goal 2: 185 lbs - lowest weight in 8 years
Goal 3: 180 lbs - lowest weight since high school
Goal 4: 150 lbs - dream weight
Goal 5: 135 lbs - technicially correct weight by BMI



My Program:
Tracking everything.

Watching calories and eating cleanly. Cut way back on processed foods.

Cardio 3-4 times per week.

Strength training.


Other Information:
Great things are not done by impulse, but by a series of small things brought together.
