My Goals:
Someone told me that when you list your goals, you are suppose to speak into existence as if they have already been accomplished.

1. I am stronger because I have healthy muscles.

2. My clothes fitted great and I don't worry about my stomach poking out or having a wide circumference.

3. My friends have notice how much more outing I am and that my energy level has increased.

My Program:
I trying not to eat fried foods, sodas or sweets.

I trying to eat 6 meals a day, drink plenty of milk and water.

I work-out at least 3 to 4 days a week including strength training.

My name is Angie and I live in Tennessee. I'm single with no children.
