How's it? I just started back on a Primal diet and doing pretty good this week. Gained some weight the first few days due to the high protein but hopefully it will reverse as time goes on. I am trying to get a class together of my friends to do a fun beginner boxing class at our local track. Hopefully I can get it going and also be able to get some paying clients. I taught a 10 week class last Summer at my gym and really enjoyed it but boy are beginners hard to teach when it comes to boxing. So definitely want to get paid.
I am back on the Spark. Been MIA for the last few weeks since my work closes and I generally do not use a computer at home. I am so tired today. I am a night owl big time and when I am on a super long break I tend to fall into a bad habit of taking long naps during the day and then staying up until 2 or 3AM. I basically become a vampire! This morning was rough, I was 15 minutes late to work and overslept big time since i had to take a sleeping pill last night. Hopefully with a new work routine I will get back to a more normal pattern.
