My Goals:
My weight loss goals are: 199 - by 6/15/10 165 - by 10/31/10 145 - by 12/31/10 (or maybe 1/10/11) - I'm not really pressed about getting there by a certain date this year! I mostly want to learn to eat better for my body type. So that I can set a better example for loved ones and accomplish something for myself that is long overdue.

Personal Information:
I am re-starting the 6 Week Body Makeover. I am a body type B, so I can have a variety of different foods. But I can only have certain food groups at certain meals. This is great for me because the only other "diet" that seems to really work for me is Atkins - which I hate! Way too restrictive.
Other Information:
Exercise Plan: Cardio 4x/wk: Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun: either walking, zumba or my cardio dvd. Weight Training 2x/wk: any day probably Friday & Sunday
