I mostly want to learn to eat better for my body type. So that I can set a better example for loved ones and accomplish something for myself that is long overdue.

Personal Information:
I am re-starting the 6 Week Body Makeover. I am a body type B, so I can have a variety of different foods. But I can only have certain food groups at certain meals. This is great for me because the only other "diet" that seems to really work for me is Atkins - which I hate! Way too restrictive.

Exercise Plan:

Cardio 4x/wk:
Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun: either walking, zumba or my cardio dvd.

Weight Training 2x/wk:
any day probably Friday & Sunday

Angie

How are things going? Hope you are doing well. Have you been able to lose any weight lately? My weight is literally at it's all time high and I am not quite sure why (every month I have been gaining 5 pounds). I weighed in at 200 this morning and never thought I would see that number again. My goal is to be at 195 by the end of the month. In the mean time trying to be happy with my body despite being incredibly frustrated.

Hey Angie,

How are things? I hope you are doing better.

I am doing well except my weight is at it's all time high. I can't believe I got down to my goal in May. (180) but started weight training in June and gained 15 pounds in the last 3 months.

Last week I was at my all time high of 200 due to TOM. I told myself I would never go over that number again. So this week/month will be a struggle to see if I can get back to 195 again. Luckily not all of my weight gain is fat but I def. have gained inches and that is not fun.

My goal is to get back to my happy weight of below 190 by the end of the year. I want to fit back into my winter pants and currently can't fit anything.

Whoo hooo Glad you are back. Currently trying to figure out why I have gained 10 pounds in the past 6 weeks. Would have loved to say it was a loss of 10 pounds. But I am healthy and relatively happy so that should count for something right?

Hey There,

Just checking in. How are you doing? This Summer has gotten away from me and I haven't been able to check into the Spark very often due to my work load at work. And I tend not to go online afterwork or on the weekends. So I appologize for not being a better buddy. But you are always on my thoughts and in my prayers.
