THIS is it!!

I have thought about weight loss constantly for the past 2 years. Despite thinking about how much I dislike my extra weight, I have done minimal to conquer it. It is time to get at the root of the problem. It is time to find out the sources of my EMOTIONAL, MINDLESS. It is time to exercise; time to FEEL GOOD! Time to be happy about my body!!

Crossfit 3x/week

Tracking food daily

I am originally from upstate NY. I now live in the Boston, MA area. I am a speech language pathologist working with children who have autism spectrum disorder. I have a wonderful and supportive long term boyfriend who has been helping me stay on track!
