Hmm, what can I tell you about myself? Well, I am a single mom with 3 wonderful children and a great outlook on life. I am soon to be turning 32( ewww ) and I went to the Dr.s and he said I weighed 172 LBS. After thinking his scale was wrong and my visit I went home and was upset and shed some strong tears because I never have been this weight before in my life. I have always been no heavier then 150lbs and that was big to me. SO this is when I decided enough was enough, it is time to take control of this weight and start feeling good about myself again and that is where Sparkpeople came into play.

I was searching on the internet for some weight loss forums that I could chat with people and discovered Sparkpeople.com I read allot of the articles and viewed at least 100Sparkpages and seen how well this site worked for so many people, I couldn't sign the registration fast enough.

So far it has been going great, I don't miss a day of logging my foods and exercises and I know with my determination , knowing the country concert in Ohio ( will be first time being able to wear bikini top with my shorts ) is around the corner and sparkpeople.com I will be at 130 lbs by my goal month of Mid August if not before.

My Goals:
Well my first and foremost goal is to be at 130lbs by August and be taken off my BP meds.


My next goal is to go shopping like a mad woman!

My third goal is to wear a bikini and not be scared someone will see me in it and think I'm a washed up beach whale.

My fourth goal is to start being more active and making allot of good friends that I can play sports with like bowling, volleyball, softball and so on.

My last but not least. To love myself and the way I look and feel.


My Program:
I am lowering my calorie intake and promised myself a minimum of at least 30 minutes of exercising with my heart rate at the 130 fat burning zone.

Almost one month into the program I am know committing to burning at least 400 min calories on Elliptical and walking 30 min when time is available.



Personal Information:
I am from Delta Ohio. I currently am in nursing and I will be going to school here soon for the 2 year associate RN degree.

I am a divorced mother of 3 and enjoy hanging with friends, cookouts karaoke , dancing and summer fun.



Other Information:
I am working on a before and after pic. Well I am at the before right now! lol

I am weighing in only once a month, so if you have not seen my weight progress change yet then its just because its not been a month yet.
