I have never weighed less than 180 pounds in my adult life--- I'd LOVE to lose enough weight to not only reach that number, but push past that barrier!
The following is an aggressive timeline that I would love to follow, but I am okay with my weight loss taking longer than this--- I want to be healthy about the whole process!!
By 3/20/12 down 25 lbs
By 6/20/12 down 45 lbs
by 9/20/12 down 65 lbs (This is when I would hit 180 again!)
by 12/20/12 down 80 lbs

-tracking my food -taking time to eat breakfast -preparing almost all meals myself -when dining elsewhere, I am making better choices -drinking 8 - 12 glasses of water each day -cardio 7 days per week & strength training 6 days per week
I am a massage therapist with a wonderful husband, two furry little dogs and a very handsome cat.
Yeah, I'm wearing an owl hat in that picture. I tried it on as a joke, but seeing the pic a day or two later made me kinda wish I had bought the dang thing!
Hey Done Girl -- Happy Spring!! To celebrate the season, I would like to wish you a brand new start, never-ending moments of poise and balance and a joyful tip over on the scale to the side of light. I wish you a new dawn, an eternal youth and a morning star to wish on. Whatever battles you are fighting, whatever stresses may come your way, may they melt away with the winter and may you be granted a time of new light and a new life where your wildest dreams come true.
If you ever need a shoulder, a friend or a virtual coffee at some point, drop by and say hello! I've just celebrated my SP six month anniversary and am amazed at the absolutely incredible amount of support I've received with not only weight loss but life in general. ~ Michelle
