My Goals:
My goal is to take this one step at a time. My first benchmark is set for Christmas at which time my pants that are currently snug will fit comfortably. Overall, I want to gain confidence and self-esteem. I want to make a true lifestyle change to improve my overall health.
My Program:
~ Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day, at least 1 before each meal to feel more full ~ Eating smaller meals more frequently throughout the day ~ Portion control ~ Exercise for 10 minutes a day
