I gotta Lose the weight for my HEALTH!

Hi, my name is Angie. Im 29 years old and I live in Pasco, WA. with my husband Mark and our almost 5 year old daughter. I have struggled with my weight all my life. I've always been the "fat kid" on the block and in high school I was 300lbs.

So I had lost 40 lbs the last time I was on here, but came to a wall and stopped. I gained it all back plus some, so now I am back on the wagon because I have to before it is to late.

I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) ...

I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and I was doing research and found out that by the age of 40, I have a higher chance of developing diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure and more. So I figured I would rather change my life now on my own choice then because I have to.

My Goals:
My main goal is to be healthy for my daughter, my husbad and of course myself.

My Program:
Keeping track of cals. fats. and sodium not only online but in writing too.

Riding my mom's exercise bike 3 times a wk for 15-20mins

Using my bowflex 3 times a wk for a good 20- 30 mins

And trying to play with my daughter more often.

emoticon emoticon emoticon Well, with fall in the air and the emoticon summer coming to an end. I know for myself it’s time to get back to indoor activities and allowing all of you to become my mentors again. I am not good at being an indoor person in the summer as my Garden, Canning and other activities keep me very busy.

So!! After September I plan to involve myself more on the Daily Chat message boards. There is no better support than what we all give each other to help us reach our goals.

"Take time to explore the site. Become familiar with all the wonderful tools available to help you on your journey, such as the food tracker and the exercise tracker. Also, concentrate on mastering your three 'Fast Break' goals: drinking 8 cups of water per day, going for a walk, not eating in front of the TV...whatever three goals you have chosen. Try to make those goals daily habits over time." I do hope to see more of you and you see more of me as we travel down this Journey of getting healthy and feeling better.
Remember MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.
